Due to the layout of Etruria House, we lack facilities for guests with severe mobility limitations.
We welcome enquiries from guests with disabilities so we can discuss their needs and all reasonable attempts will be made to meet these.

General Information:

• All bookings made require confirmation with a card number or a cheque deposit via post.

• 24 hours notice required for cancellation.

• Enquiries and bookings using BT’s Typetalk service are welcomed from the hearing impaired.

• Email and Fax can also be used.

• Building has a current Fire Certificate

• Fire alarm is audible only.

• Emergency information can be communicated verbally on request.

• Copies of public transport timetables are available.

• The nearest train station is Sheffield, 3 miles from Etruria House.

• The nearest bus service is no 52, 50m from Etruria House.

• A list of local taxis is available.

• Assistance with luggage is offered.

• All rooms have TV.

• All rooms have tea & coffee making facilities.

• Mobile phone coverage good for most networks.

• Breakfast menu and guest information can be described verbally.

• A variety of dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notification.

• People with allergy to animal fur should be aware there is a family dog on the premises.

Access to Etruria House

• Ample parking available.

• Car Park surface is Tarmac.

• There are 15 steps with a handrail from the car park and a further 3 at the entrance.

• Rooms are situated on the first floor accessed from a staircase with a handrail.
