ETRURIA HOUSE

Etruria House is a Grade II Listed Building, one of the finest Victorian properties in Broomhill and derives its name from the deeds dated 1875 when John Armitage extended two dwellings listed in deeds dated 1794.

Etruria is a small state in Italy which was noted for its pottery clay which was used by Joshua Wedgewood and the name Etruria was carried to Stoke on Trent. Armitage used similar clay to build the property.

We are a family owned 10 bedroomed hotel offering en suite accommodation in a homely atmosphere. Located in the leafy suburb of Broomhill and within walking distance of both the Universities and Hospitals. Conveniently placed for restaurants bars and shops. Ideal for the City Centre and short drive to the Peak District.

The hotel stands in its own grounds away from the road with ample private parking.

All rooms have TV and Tea & Coffee making facilities.
